Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Solovara LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information in connection with Solovara, including our websites (solovara.com and its subdomains, such as the web app and the pages we host for our users’ customers), mobile applications, waitlist, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here, such as “User Content” and “Customer Information,” have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

The Service is currently offered only in the United States.

1. The Short Version

  • We collect the information you give us, such as your account and contact information and the business records you enter, plus limited technical information needed to run the Service.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • Your customers are your customers, not ours. We process Customer Information only to provide the Service to you. We do not sell it, use it for our own marketing, or use it for advertising.
  • We do not use your User Content to train general-purpose or foundation artificial-intelligence models.
  • We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, and otherwise only as described in this Privacy Policy.
  • You can delete your account. The Service does not currently provide data export.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Visitors to our websites;
  • Waitlist members who sign up to hear about the Service;
  • Account holders who use the Service to run their business (“you”); and
  • Customers of account holders, including people who open a Shared Link (described below).

If you are a customer of a Solovara user

Businesses use the Service to manage their own customers. If a business that uses Solovara has your information (for example, your name, address, or appointment details), that business decides what information to collect and how to use it. We process that information on the business’s behalf and at its direction, as described in Section 7.

If you have questions about, or want to access or delete, information a business has entered about you, please contact that business directly. If you contact us, we will refer your request to the business where we are able to identify it.

Shared Links. A business may send you a link to a page we host, for example to show you a job, estimate, or invoice without requiring you to sign in (a “Shared Link”). The information on that page is provided by the business. When you open a Shared Link, we collect limited technical information, as described in Section 3. Anyone who has a Shared Link can view its contents, so please do not forward it to others.

Shared Links may include payment details or links provided by the business, such as links to third-party payment applications. If you follow those links, you leave the Service, and the third party’s own terms and privacy policy apply. If we later offer payment directly through the Service, those payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor as described in Section 3.

3. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Waitlist. When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your answer to our optional question about your biggest administrative frustration.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and sign-in credentials. Some sign-in methods are provided by third-party authentication providers.

User Content. When you use the Service, you may provide business information and materials, including customer names and contact information, addresses, jobs, schedules, pricing, estimates, invoices, payment-status records, expenses and receipts, notes, photographs, logos, files, and communications. User Content may include Customer Information.

Communications with us. When you contact us for support or otherwise, we collect the contents of your message and the contact details you use.

Payment information. If paid plans are offered and you purchase one, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor or application marketplace (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play). We receive limited information about the transaction, such as plan, amount, date, and status. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

If we offer a feature that lets your customers pay you through the Service, those payments will likewise be processed by a third-party payment processor. We will receive limited information about each payment, such as amount, date, status, and the related invoice, but not full payment card or bank account numbers.

Information collected automatically

Technical and usage information. When you use the Service, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app version, pages or screens viewed, features used, dates and times of access, and diagnostic, crash, and performance data.

Push notifications. If you allow notifications, our mobile applications register your device with a push-notification service, which provides us with a device token used only to deliver notifications to you.

Shared Links. When someone opens a Shared Link, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, and the date and time the link was opened, and may record that the link was viewed. We use this information to deliver the page, keep it secure, and show the business whether its link was opened.

Device permissions. With your permission, the Service may access device capabilities such as your contacts, camera, photographs, location, or notifications, only to provide the related feature. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Sensitive information

The Service is not designed to store payment card numbers, bank account credentials, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, or similar sensitive information. As described in Section 29 of the Terms of Service, please do not enter this information into the Service or include it in uploaded files or images. If you do, we will protect it as described in Section 11 of this Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites and mobile applications do not currently use analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising technologies.

Analytics and diagnostics. We may in the future use analytics, diagnostic, and crash-reporting services on our websites and in our mobile applications to understand how features are used and to find and fix problems. These services may use cookies, local storage, or device identifiers. We will not use these services for advertising, or to track you across other companies’ websites or apps, unless we have first described that use in this Privacy Policy and obtained any consent required by law or platform rules.

Advertising technologies. If we introduce advertising, as described in Section 10, our advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, or device identifiers to deliver and measure advertisements and prevent fraud.

When you join the waitlist, our website saves the email address you submitted in your browser’s local storage, on your own device, so that the confirmation message continues to appear when you return. This information is not sent to us by this mechanism. You can remove it by selecting “Wrong email? Sign up again” or by clearing your browser’s site data.

Our website loads fonts from a third-party font service, which receives your IP address and basic browser information when the page loads.

Our mobile applications store information on your device as needed to operate, such as keeping you signed in.

If we introduce advertising technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy before doing so.

Do Not Track. Our website does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We do not currently track visitors across third-party websites, and we do not sell personal information.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
  • create and manage your account;
  • provide features you request, including sending communications to your customers at your instruction;
  • personalize features for your account, as described in Section 6;
  • notify waitlist members about the launch of the Service and related updates;
  • send administrative messages, such as messages about security, sign-in, billing, account deletion, or changes to our terms;
  • respond to support requests;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service;
  • understand how the Service is used and improve it, including through aggregated or de-identified information as described in Section 8;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
  • for other purposes we describe to you when we collect the information.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Personalization

The Service may offer automated or artificial-intelligence-assisted features, such as pricing suggestions, scheduling recommendations, summaries, or message drafts (“AI Features”).

  • Personalization for your account only. We may use your User Content to tailor AI Features to how you run your business. Any model, setting, or profile adapted from your User Content is used only for your account and is not shared with or used for other users.
  • No training of general-purpose models. We do not use your User Content to train general-purpose or foundation artificial-intelligence models.
  • Third-party AI providers. AI Features may be powered by third-party AI providers. We share only the information needed to provide the feature, and we require those providers to protect it and not to use your User Content to train their models.
  • Deletion. When your account is deleted, account-specific personalization is deleted as well.

7. Customer Information

When you enter information about your customers, we act as a service provider to you. Specifically, we will not:

  • sell Customer Information;
  • contact your customers for our own marketing or to solicit them for any other business;
  • use Customer Information to select, target, or personalize advertising; or
  • share Customer Information with third parties except service providers that help us operate the Service, as required by law, or as you direct.

Communications sent to your customers through the Service are sent on your behalf and at your instruction. You are responsible for having the rights, notices, and permissions needed to provide Customer Information to the Service, as described in the Terms of Service.

8. Aggregated and De-Identified Information

We may create aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you, your business, or your customers. We may use it to operate and improve the Service, understand feature usage, identify trends, and develop new features.

We maintain de-identified information in de-identified form and do not attempt to re-identify it, except as permitted by law for purposes such as testing whether our de-identification methods remain effective.

9. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only as follows:

Service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf to help us operate the Service. They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us. Categories include:

  • cloud hosting, database, and file-storage providers;
  • website hosting and content-delivery providers;
  • authentication and sign-in providers;
  • email, SMS, and push-notification delivery providers;
  • payment processors and application marketplaces;
  • artificial-intelligence providers;
  • mapping and location providers;
  • font-delivery providers;
  • analytics, diagnostics, and crash-reporting providers; and
  • customer-support tools.

At your direction

We share information when you direct us to, for example when you send an estimate, invoice, or message to a customer through the Service, or connect a third-party service.

Legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a governmental request; enforce our agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the Company, or others.

Business transfers

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. A successor will remain bound by the commitments in this Privacy Policy regarding Customer Information and artificial-intelligence use.

10. Advertising

We do not currently display advertising in the Service.

We may introduce advertising in the future, for example on free plans, in our mobile applications, on our websites, or on Shared Links. If we do, the following will apply:

  • Customer Information is never used to select, target, or personalize advertisements.
  • Advertisements on Shared Links will not be personalized using information about the people who view them. People who open a Shared Link have not created an account with us, so any advertising shown to them will be based on the page context rather than on their personal information.
  • Before using information about you, as the account holder, for personalized or targeted advertising, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe the practice and your choices, and we will obtain any consent required by law or by platform rules, such as Apple’s App Tracking Transparency.
  • Advertising partners may receive limited technical information, such as device and IP information, needed to deliver advertisements, measure them, and prevent fraud.

11. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls that limit each account to its own data, and restricted administrative access.

Shared Links use long, randomly generated addresses that are designed to be difficult to guess, and we take steps to keep them out of search engine results. Because anyone who has a Shared Link can view its contents, they should be shared only with intended recipients.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and devices secure, as described in the Terms of Service.

If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and any appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

12. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

  • Account information and User Content are kept while your account is active.
  • Waitlist information is kept until we launch and for a reasonable period afterward to tell you about the Service, or until you ask us to remove it.
  • After account deletion, we delete or de-identify information associated with your account within a reasonable time. Copies may remain in backups for a limited period before they are overwritten.

We may keep limited information longer where reasonably necessary to comply with law; meet tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations; resolve disputes; enforce our agreements; prevent fraud or abuse; or investigate security incidents, as described in Section 33 of the Terms of Service.

13. Your Choices and Rights

Account deletion. You may delete your account using the deletion functionality in the Service or by contacting us at support@solovara.com from the email address associated with your account. Deletion is permanent.

Data export. The Service does not currently provide data export. Please keep your own copies of any records you need before deleting your account.

Access and correction. You can view and update most account information and User Content directly in the Service. For other requests, contact us.

Waitlist removal. To be removed from the waitlist, email support@solovara.com from the address you signed up with.

Email. You can unsubscribe from launch and marketing emails using the link in those emails. We may still send administrative messages about your account.

Device permissions. You can change permissions for contacts, camera, photographs, location, and notifications in your device settings.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state law, such as the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is currently nothing to opt out of in that regard. To make a request, contact us at support@solovara.com. We will verify your request, generally by confirming it through the email address associated with your account, and respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

14. Children

The Service is intended for adults who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

15. Where Information Is Processed

The Service is offered in the United States, and we primarily store and process information in the United States. Some of our service providers may process information in other locations, subject to appropriate safeguards.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top shows when it was last changed.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, on our website, or by another reasonable method, and obtain consent where required by law.

We will not apply a change that permits broader use of your User Content for artificial-intelligence training, or broader sharing of Customer Information, to content you provided before the change without your affirmative consent.
